Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in our dynamic marketing team, responsible for implementing effective digital marketing strategies while also actively engaging in sales-related activities. This role requires a versatile professional who can leverage digital channels to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales. Additionally, the position involves making calls, visiting clients, and sending targeted emails to build and nurture client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,GMB and Tiktok), email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
Create engaging and shareable content to increase brand awareness and attract leads.
Sales Activities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote app downloads.
Schedule and conduct client visits to present Kaziway Employer app, understand client needs, and onboard them to the platform.
Create and maintain a database of potential clients, track app activities, and report on app downloads performance.
Client Relationship Management:
Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on initial contacts on social media and email.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reminder emails to employers for job posts and providers for job applications.
Email Marketing:
Develop targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote app downloads, and drive job posts/applications.
Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics, and refine strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
